Intelligence reports indicate a substantial number of enemy forces have moved into the Bi Lak valley, but as of yet have not been located. A well camouflaged encampment and/or a large bunker complex is probable.
Ground forces must coordinate a search and destroy mission. Due to high concentrations of AA emplacements in the surrounding mountains, air support is not likely. Artillery support will be limited.

1.00 Safety
---------------------------------------
NO Firing(includes dry fire) in any zone that is designated at NO SHOOT ZONE or STAGING AREA. While in these no fire zones, you are expected to have your mag out of your gun, safety on and have a barrel blocker on your barrel.

No Blind Firing!!!! You MUST BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR TARGET!

1.1 Safety Kills

For the safety of all, players who approach an unaware opposing player within 10' must utilize a "Safety Kill" by calling out aloud, "BANG!... You're dead" to the opposing player. At that time, the unaware opposing player must honor the "Safety Kill" and follow appropriate medic and/or re-spawn procedures. Remember, SAFETY FIRST!... Engagements within 10' should be avoided at all costs.

2.0 Magazine Restrictions:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Midcaps only, 20rd VN preferred,(Combat Sport supply-$52.95/case of 7) long 30rd accepted. Only support weapons will be allowed box mags.

2.1 Grenades/Rockets

As of right now, there are no moving vehicles on the field, so no nerf rockets or slugs.

BB shower grenades ARE allowed.

2.2 Weapon Restrictions

3.0 Hit details.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
White Spark is an immersion event, and as such has different wounding rules. This is a simulation, not a game.

If you get hit with a single shot in the:
Finger; Curse from the pain, take cover, retrieve your medkit and bandage your finger. you cannot use that finger, and you have a bandage to remind you. Keep fighting. Report your injury after the action dies down.
Hand or forearm; Call for assistance from anyone. Hold your kill rag on the wound while your help retrieves a bandage and applies it. You cannot use your hand if that's where the hit was, otherwise you can't use that arm. Keep fighting. Report your injury after the action dies down.
Foot or shin; Same as Hand or forearm, but you cannot use that leg. Someone must help you to move. Keep fighting, report your injury, yada yada.
Thigh, upper arm or chest/abdomen; Medic required. Fall to ground holding your killrag on your wound, call for medic. The medic will determine the severity of your wound and act accordingly. It could be minor, it could be fatal.
Neck; You have 30 seconds to live. Let out an "Ack!" or some such, hold your killrag to your neck and fall to the ground writhing as you count to 30 in your head. Die.
Head; Collapse where you are, you've just been killed. Set your kill rag on your head.

If you receive multiple hits anywhere, it's the same as thigh, upper arm or chest/abdomen, you need a medic.

This may look complicated at first glance, but it all comes down to where you get hit. What would a bullet hitting you there do? Let's emulate that.

4.0 Uniform Requirements:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OD green fatigues. Period correct jungles preferred, Combat Sport supply has them for $50.00 for a complete set. We will accept modern BDU's in olive drab.
Jungle or Black boots, leather preferred. No tan, earth, tennis shoe or otherwise kooky footwear.
Steel pot With Mitchell cover, or OD boonie or do-rag. No Kevlar, MICH, etc.
LBE will either be M56 pattern (period correct) or ALICE belt, harness, mag pouches and canteens. I also recommend a butt pack. No MOLLE, velcro, or otherwise modern gear.

If it's hot and you would like to substitute your top for short sleeves, you must have the proper uniform t-shirt. OD green or military brown.
We recommend that players play with long sleeve tops and full pants to avoid scratches, bruises, bug bites and poison ivy. There are also thorn bushes throughout the field.

4.1 goggles and gear

ONLY ANSI 87.1 rated goggles will be allowed in the field. Goggles also have to be full sealed and retained by a strap.

5.0 FPS

*VELOCITY REDUCERS ARE NEVER ALLOWED AT MAA OR TOC EVENTS/GAMES.

6.0 Medic Rules
-------------------------
The designated medic(s) will receive specific instructions on this, but essentially your fate lies in a deck of playing cards.
If you are interested in this position, notify us when registering. Your mission will be keeping you buddies alive...

7.0 Player Conduct
----------------------------------------------------------------------
All players are expected to behave in the staging and playing area. Being said, all players should:
- Adhere to the spirit of the event. This is a simulation of the Vietnam War, being run as a respectful nod to the men who fought in it. Please take your role in it seriously.
- Respect the environment. Trash cans are there for a reason. If you don't see one, keep it with you 'till you do.
- Animals can't shoot back, leave them alone.
- Physical contact between players with an aggressive manner will not be tolerated. Players involved in any physical aggression will be expelled, suspended or turned over to local Police.
- We are all friends. Always take care of the guy beside you, friend or foe. If you have any doubts about a player, don't be shy to ask if he needs assistance, even if it is just for some water.
- Players caught stealing will be turned over to law enforcement and blacklisted from all future TOC events, and the incident will be reported to all major airsoft organizations, and field owners/operators.

8.0 BLINDMAN RULE
-----------------------------------------------
If at any point during gameplay you hear the word BLINDMAN, do the following:

1.YELL BLINDMAN so everyone else around you hears it. Put your safety on your gun.

2. YELL BLINDMAN so everyone else around you hears it.

3. Wait for Ref's instructions.

DO NOT REMOVE YOUR GOGGLES!!!!!

The blindman may be called if someone is injured or if a player accidentally had their goggles removed.
